It will include a tour of the exhibition, though an unusual one, including up close and personal accounts and particularly intimate moments. See the Holocaust through the eyes of three families who lived through it – through their photographs and memories – and be taken closer to the terrible historical event through particularly personal details.
This tour of the Holocaust Memorial Center will be a particularly special one. It’ll also be a chance to take in the Memorial Center’s impressive architecture and be aided in the deciphering of the meaning behind the myriad, hidden symbols within. The guided tour will be in English, and carried out in three groups. Following the tour will be a particularly special, extremely intimate experience. The small group will have the privileged opportunity to meet with a Holocaust survivor, an elderly lady, open to telling her own story.
