Until August 26th, the Holdudvar Gallery hosts OCTOGONart Gallery’s artists on Margaret Island. The artists are well-known members of the contemporary Hungarian fine art scene.
Escape into a fairy tale with the idyllic places and parks in Hella Mayer’s paintings or see the soap-opera-like kitschy scenes by Eszter Kiskovács. ldikó Mezei’s paintings offer a surrealistic thriller and the paintings and photos of Ágnes Verebics, Katalin Verebics, András (b) Baranyai and Géza Szöllősi are similar to real film sequences, appearing like actual stills from a movie. There are also works by Lilla Borsos-Lőrincz, József Csató, Gábor Király and Géza Szöllősi.
