The French eat more cheese than any other nation in the world – an amazing total of
Hungarians eat only 8 kg of cheese per person, per year. The Paris Budapest Café aims to change this fact with a special cheese ritual. As the ambassador restaurant of French taste, they know better than anyone that food is a universal language. Through a number of food rituals, Paris Budapest Café will introduce guests to a range of experiences, surprise them and awaken their senses.
These rituals will create a link between Paris Budapest Café and its guests through good taste. The experience will include a cheese board with at least three French cheeses and a choice of local items. To supplement the ritual, a cheese week will take place from April 14th to 18th, with a special menu including French cheeses for 5,500 HUF.
Good wine goes hand-in-hand with good cheese. Wine drinkers in France drink around 55 liters per year, while in Hungary the average is 32 liters per year. Paris Budapest Café has a special wine ritual as well, showcasing French wines and the best of Hungarian wine cellars.
