For Valentine’s Day, Meridon is cooking up a special menu. Ladies enjoy a green salad with cantaloupe wrapped in Parma ham, followed by a tender pink duck breast marinated in vanilla flowers, with black grape compote over fragrant jasmine rice. For dessert, they are offering Sicilian caramelized lime cake with vanilla-limoncello sauce. For the men, it’s house-smoked goose liver stuffed with cognac plums, served with fresh greens, followed by a choice cut loin with grilled truffle-marinated duck liver, served beside mango chutney and vegetables. Dessert is a checkered chocolate pyramid with rosehip-current compote in a pastry basket. Price: 5,500Ft/person + 10% service.
