Edward S. Curtis, the famed photographer/ethnographer’s goal, which was amply achieved in these images, was to illustrate the extraordinary diversity of North American tribes.
The North American Indians depicted in this unique photographic exhibition convey a nobility and strength of character that still speaks to us today. The exhibition contains sixty museum-quality fine art photographic prints. Most prints are re-creations of extremely rare processes originally employed by Curtis for his most prized works. The U.S. Embassy is pleased to co-sponsor this exhibition with Millenáris.
