László Tenk and Friends Group Exhibition

Képcsarnok has been supporting Hungarian artists for sixty years through a national network. It was the first contemporary art commercial venture in the country and the galleries have brought works purchasing into fashion through social and cultural events.

The latest exhibition at the Csók István Gallery, the network’s Budapest location, is that of László Tenk and several of his friends. Born in 1943 in Nagybánya, he studied in Pécs, Tatabánya, and Miskolc, and under Aurél Bernáth at the College of Fine Arts. Tenk has won numerous awards throughout his career.
