This is precisely what this public lecture series in English aims to answer. The Ludwig Museum Friends offer a unique opportunity to discover and learn all about International and Hungarian contemporary art – the art of our time – in Budapest.
A variety of topics will be presented each week by the city’s foremost authorities in the field, followed by an exhibition walk to look at artworks that illustrate the theme.
The series was developed in conjunction with the LUMÚ Docent Program, a program that trains volunteers to conduct tours of the museum’s collection. All are welcome in the program. If you are interested in joining, contact docent@lumu.hu.
