Years ago we were dreaming about a cosy French-Hungarian restaurant evoking the atmosphere of French bistros in Budapest’s downtown. We imagined dishes carrying the typical tastes of Hungarian cuisine with some French flavour.
Our dream came true in November, 2008, when we opened Borssó Bistro at the corner of Királyi Pál and Képíró Streets in Budapest. We are delighted that this area has become the heart of the reconstructed downtown by now.
