Café Vian is now an institutional place in Budapest. In 2008, a sociological survey tried to answer the following question : In which matters did hungarians’ life change in the last 10 years? Here are the answers: 1. Mobile phones 2. Apparition of teraces among which Café Vian. From 1998 on, this small bistro did all the way from the cocktail bar with salads to traditional french brasserie, with a hungarian cuisine corner for locals and tourists… no matter if the are on a business or family trip, or just come for the Sziget Rock festival.
