2B Galéria / Gallery

The 2B Gallery was founded in 2002 by the Böröcz brothers. Our thematic exhibitions reflect on the given topics from unusual points of view. Our exhibitions are organised around recurring themes including remembrance, the Holocaust, identity, minorities and artist families. 2B Foundation is intending to break down these barriers with its art programs, in which it displays tradition and historical events applying an irregular filter. We constantly aim to maintain the intellectual excitement among our audience with our thematic choices and also with the exhibiting artists – this helps us experience Jewish identity in the freest ways. We believe that one of the possible ways of constantly developing and renewing culture is to create transitions between genres and to integrate exciting, novel experiments springing into existence on the borderlines between various fields of art.
