Pokrijemo in pustimo vzhajati pribli\u017eno 45\u201360 minut.<br \/>\nMedtem ko na\u0161e testo vzhaja, pripravimo puding, za katerega sestavine zme\u0161amo v kozici in kuhamo, dokler se ne zgosti, nato ohladimo.<br \/>\nEno polovico orehov zmeljemo, drugo pa nare\u017eemo na manj\u0161e ko\u0161\u010dke, zme\u0161amo s sladkorjem in cimetom ter pustimo na stran do uporabe.<br \/>\nModel za kuglof s premerom 22 cm nama\u017eemo in na dno potresemo 1\u20132 \u017elici orehov, posutih s cimetom. Ti se bodo karamelizirali na vrhu kuglofna.<br \/>\nKo testo vzhaja, na pomokani povr\u0161ini razvaljamo pravokotnik velikosti pribli\u017eno 33 \u00d7 40 cm, ga nama\u017eemo z ohlajenim pudingom, nato potresemo z orehovim nadevom, ga zvijemo in polo\u017eimo v pripravljen model. Konca stisnemo skupaj.<br \/>\nPokrijte in pustite vzhajati pribli\u017eno 30 minut, nato pa pecite v pe\u010dici, ogreti na 180 stopinj, 10 minut. Nato temperaturo zmanj\u0161ajte na 165 stopinj in kuglof pecite 30\u201335 minut. \u010ce je vrh preve\u010d rjav, ga pokrijte z aluminijasto folijo.<br \/>\nPe\u010den kuglof pustite v modelu pol
