Tokrat lahko naziv Mad\u017earska torta nosi torta z domiselnim imenom &#8220;DCJ Style Practice&#8221;, ki sta jo ustvarila sla\u0161\u010di\u010darja L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Balogh in Roland Kis iz Gyule. Na tekmovanju Mad\u017earska torta brez sladkorja je zmagal Alfr\u00e9d Kov\u00e1cs, sla\u0161\u010di\u010dar sla\u0161\u010di\u010darne \u00c9des Vonal v V\u00e1cu, s svojo domiselno kreacijo &#8220;\u00c1lmodoz\u00f3&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Zdru\u017eenje mad\u017earske sla\u0161\u010di\u010darske industrije je letos \u017ee devetnajsti\u010d razpisalo tekmovanje &#8220;Mad\u017earska torta&#8221; v po\u010dastitev na\u0161ega dr\u017eavnega praznika 20. avgusta, simbolnega rojstnega dne Mad\u017earske.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_608351\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-608351\" style=\"width: 850px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-funzine-large wp-image-608351\" src=\"https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/almonds-6776956_1280-1200x800.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"567\" srcset=\"https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/almonds-6776956_1280-1200x800.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/almonds-6776956_1280-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/almonds-6776956_1280-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/almonds-6776956_1280-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/almonds-6776956_1280-360x240.jpg 360w, https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/almonds-6776956_1280.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-608351\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">ilustracija &#8211; pixabay.com<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nate\u010daj za leto 2025 je bil razpisan pod temo \u00bbBobnasta torta 140\u00ab, pri\u010dakovali pa so oddajo novih, ustvarjalnih tort, za pripravo katerih je bila poleg sestavin bobnaste torte potrebna uporaba vsaj ene sestavine iz vsake od dveh skupin v nominiranih tortah:<\/p>\n<p>za\u010dimbe, avtohtone v Karpatski kotlini (npr. timijan, sivka, meta, \u017eajbelj, izop, lovage, csombor)<br \/>\nhungarikum p\u00e1linke ali vina, narejena iz avtohtonih sort grozdja Karpatske kotline (npr. breskova p\u00e1linka, slivova p\u00e1linka, jabol\u010dna p\u00e1linka, vi\u0161njeva p\u00e1linka, iz vin k\u00e9knyel\u0171, furmint, h\u00e1rslevel\u0171 ali kadarka)<br \/>\navtohtono mad\u017earsko sadje (npr. jerebika, marelica, vi\u0161nja, kutina, breskev, jabolko, hru\u0161ka, \u010de\u0161nja, sliva)<br \/>\nTorta dr\u017eave leta 2025: \u00bbDCJ \u00bbSTILSKA PRAKSA\u00ab<br \/>\nPo besedah ustvarjalcev zmagovalne torte, L\u00e1szl\u00f3ja Balogha in Roland Kis (K\u00e9zm\u0171ves Cukr\u00e1szda, Gyula), \u00bbDCJ St\u00edlusgyakorlat\u00ab nosi monogram mojstra originalne bobnaste torte, domiselno ime St\u00edlusgyakorlat pa se nana\u0161a tako na podobnosti kot razlike z originalno torto.<\/p>\n<p>Torta temelji na reinterpretaciji in rekreaciji klasi\u010dne bobnaste torte, zato \u00bbDCJ St\u00edlusgyakorlat\u00ab predstavlja enotnost tradicije in inovacije. Navpi\u010dno plastenje plasti biskvita zagotavlja neverjetno vizualno izku\u0161njo, medtem ko kisel okus vi\u0161nje, mehkoba \u010dokolade in zna\u010dilen okus karamele ustvarjajo svilnato me\u0161anico, ki razvaja brbon\u010dice, hkrati pa namiguje na kontrasten svet okusov.<\/p>\n<p>Glavne sestavine torte so \u010de\u0161njeva p\u00e1linka, mandljev pralin in grillage ter glazura iz mle\u010dne \u010dokolade, ki vse dopolnjujejo kompleksnost okusov in naredijo teksturo torte vznemirljivo.<\/p>\n<p>Torta dr\u017eave 2025, torta<br \/>\nTorta dr\u017eave 2025, 1. mesto: \u00bbDCJ\u00ab ST\u00cdLUSGYAKORLAT\u201d | Foto: Zdru\u017eenje mad\u017earske sla\u0161\u010di\u010darske industrije<br \/>\n2. in 3. zmagovalca poga\u010de dr\u017eave 2025:<br \/>\nDrugo mesto je zasedla torta \u00bbSku\u0161njava divje \u017eetve\u00ab Kriszti\u00e1na F\u00fcredija (Sla\u0161\u010di\u010darna Hiszt\u00e9ria, T\u00e1pi\u00f3szecs\u0151), tretje mesto pa torta \u00bbF\u00fcrt\u00f6s Menyecske\u00ab, ki sta jo ustvarila S\u00e1ndor Rosta in Anita R\u00e1bai (Sla\u0161\u010di\u010darna Mozart, H\u00e9v\u00edz).<\/p>\n<p>Nacionalna torta brez sladkorja leta 2025: \u00c1LMODOZ\u00d3<br \/>\nLeto\u0161nja zmagovalna torta brez sladkorja je bila &#8220;\u00c1lmodoz\u00f3&#8221;, ki jo je ustvaril Alfr\u00e9d Kov\u00e1cs, sla\u0161\u010di\u010dar \u00c9des Vonal Cukr\u00e1szda v V\u00e1cu.<\/p>\n<p>Torta iz\u017eareva mirno vzdu\u0161je in spominja na okuse klasi\u010dnih tort, kot sta L\u00fadl\u00e1b ali Rig\u00f3jancsi, vse brez dodanega sladkorja. Posebnost pri Zmagovalno sladico predstavlja zna\u010dilen par mehke \u010dokolade in so\u010dnih vi\u0161enj. Med biskvitnimi osnovami iz kakava in mandljeve moke lahko okusimo ragu iz vi\u0161enj z okusom cimeta in chia semen, ki ga dopolni rahlo sladka krema iz mle\u010dne \u010dokolade. \u010cokoladni
