Tudi izbira imena ni naklju\u010dna: igrivost vedno gib\u010dnega, radovednega Pulija se sre\u010da z modrostjo Juh\u00e1sza. Radovedno se usedemo za mizo, da bi preizkusili, kaj nastane iz obetavne kombinacije.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_608342\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-608342\" style=\"width: 850px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-funzine-large wp-image-608342\" src=\"https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/t-bone-866600_1280-1200x800.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"567\" srcset=\"https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/t-bone-866600_1280-1200x800.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/t-bone-866600_1280-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/t-bone-866600_1280-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/t-bone-866600_1280-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/t-bone-866600_1280-360x240.jpg 360w, https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/t-bone-866600_1280.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-608342\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">ilustracija &#8211; pixabay.com<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Mad\u017earsko vzdu\u0161je v svoji najbolj\u0161i lu\u010di<br \/>\n\u010ceprav terasa ponuja tudi \u0161e posebej atmosferski vpogled v vrve\u017e mestnega sredi\u0161\u010da, se zaradi vremena odpravimo v Puli \u00e9s Juh\u00e1sz, kjer je ob vhodu tudi klavir, saj lahko gostje vsak ve\u010der ve\u010derjajo ob \u017eivi glasbi. Prispemo le nekaj \u010dasa prej, a nismo ostali brez glasbe: Stux in njegovi prijatelji se pogovarjajo o posnetku \u2013 okusna izbira.<\/p>\n<p>Medtem ko prina\u0161ajo prve jedi, imamo \u010das, da si jih bolj temeljito ogledamo. In dekorativnih elementov ne manjka. Okra\u0161eni kro\u017eniki na steni prikli\u010dejo vzdu\u0161je pode\u017eelskih kuhinj, povsod so pelargonije, na stropu pa visijo venci paprik in \u010desna. Gostitelji ne prodajajo ma\u010dk v vre\u010dicah: pripravljamo se na mad\u017earsko gastronomsko izku\u0161njo za vsak okus.<\/p>\n<p>Svetovni prvak v predjedi<br \/>\nZa\u010del bom z majhnim razkritjem: \u010deprav me druge jedi niso pustile prikraj\u0161ane, bo predvsem ponudba predjedi v Puli \u00e9s Juh\u00e1sz tista, ki bo \u0161e dolgo ostala nepozabna. \u017de prvi gri\u017eljaj je postavil zelo visoko letvico: pitana ra\u010dja jetra, postre\u017eena v ma\u0161\u010dobi, se dobesedno stopijo v ustih, in ne bi mogli najti bolj\u0161e priloge kot popolno teksturiran kruh iz kislega testa in vrhunska zelenjava.<\/p>\n<p>Moram priznati: prave, v pe\u010dici pe\u010dene kostne mo\u017egane sem sre\u010dal le v Kr\u00fadyjevem filmu Sindb\u00e1dja in kultnem filmu Husz\u00e1rik, ki je posnemal to delo, vendar si upam trditi, da razli\u010dica, ki sem jo poskusil v Puli \u00e9s Juh\u00e1sz, ponuja trajno izku\u0161njo tudi za bolj izku\u0161ene ljubitelje kostnega mozga. Ta poslastica, ki se trese na toastu, se s \u0161\u010depcem soli izka\u017ee za pravi gastronomski \u010dude\u017e, prav tako pa je uspe\u0161nica tudi vlo\u017eena \u010debula, postre\u017eena kot priloga.<\/p>\n<p>Ribja juha \u2013 znan okus<br \/>\nKot doma\u010din iz Segedina imam sre\u010do, da sem imel prilo\u017enost poskusiti veliko dobrih ribjih juh. Zato sem izra\u010dunal, da si bom privo\u0161\u010dil le majhen poku\u0161ino \u2013 potem pa seveda ne morem vztrajati pri prvotni odlo\u010ditvi in se poglobim v jed iz paprike, postre\u017eeno v kotlu, ki je, na moje veliko veselje, narejena z \u00bbdoma\u010do\u00ab, precejeno ju\u0161no osnovo. Jed je brezhibna glede pikantnosti, file krapa pa je tudi okusen \u2013 niti po segedinskih standardih ga ni mogo\u010de prekositi.<\/p>\n<p>Lepo postre\u017eene glavne jedi<br \/>\nImamo sre\u010do, da imamo dve glavni jedi. Prva je prava specialiteta: ne\u017een goveji zrezek, postre\u017een divje, s prti\u010dki \u2013 vizualno je to zame najbolj\u0161e. Seveda se ne je z o\u010dmi \u2013 in jed ne razo\u010dara niti v kategoriji okusne izku\u0161nje. Prti\u010dki so \u0161e posebej okusni, ta posebna in izvirna priloga \u2013 tukaj bi rad omenil, da je odli\u010dna poteza Pulija in Juh\u00e1sza, da imajo papirnati podstavki dvojezi\u010den kratek opis podobnih gastronomskih dobrot.<\/p>\n<p>Tudi polnjeno zelje sledi tradicionalni mad\u017earski liniji: imamo sre\u010do, da imamo razli\u010dico, ki je temeljito za\u010dinjena s papriko in je so\u010dna ter vsebuje bo\u017eanski nadev \u2013 a vesela sem, da se izognemo pogosti napaki, da ne plava v pikantni juhi. Na kro\u017eniku se bohoti tudi dimljena majhna klobasa, polnjeno zelje pa spominja na transilvansko \u0161olo, saj cmoke spremlja kra\u010da, poleg tega pa je tudi lepo pripravljeno.<\/p>\n<p>Klasika za sladico<br \/>\nNa koncu na\u0161o obilno degustacijo zaklju\u010dimo z malo makovo torto \u2013 in si ne bi mogli \u017eeleti bolj\u0161ega slovesa. Iznajdljivost mad\u017earske kuhinje je pohvaljena, saj se roglji\u010dek v tej posebni sladici resni\u010dno prerodi, obdani z bogatim vaniljevim sorbetom Puli \u00e9s Juh\u00e1sz. Sladki osnovni okus odli\u010dno dopolnjujejo sve\u017ee in trpke borovnice, skrite v notranjosti.<\/p>\n<p>Puli \u00e9s Juh\u00e1sz vsak dan med poldnevom in 23. uro pozdravlja ljubitelje pristnega mad\u017earskega okusa in na\u010dina \u017eivljenja z vrelo juho, sve\u017eim kruhom in gostoljubnostjo \u010dard\u00e1\u0161a. \u2013 ne pozabite, \u010de \u017eelite, da va\u0161e okusne prigrizke
