Nato ga skupaj z vsemi ostalimi sestavinami zgnetemo v lepo, gladko testo. Pokrijte in pustite dvakrat vzhajati v 45-60 minutah.<br \/>\nMedtem pripravimo z nadevom: sladkor zme\u0161amo z orehi in temno \u010dokolado nasekljamo na majhne ko\u0161\u010dke.<br \/>\nKo na\u0161e testo vzhaja, ga na pomokani povr\u0161ini pribl. Razvaljamo v pravokotnik 30\u00d740 cm, nama\u017eemo z mareli\u010dno marmelado, potresemo s sladkimi ore\u0161\u010dki in \u010dokolado, nato pa zvijemo kot pecivo. Nato ga z ostrim no\u017eem po dol\u017eini prere\u017eemo na pol in dobljena dva trakova testa zvijemo skupaj, tako da je polnilna polovica navzgor.<br \/>\nOblikujte pletenico v krog in oba konca temeljito zdru\u017eite, da ohranite na\u0161o obliko venca, nato pokrijte in kvasite 30-40 minut.<br \/>\nMedtem segrejte pe\u010dico na 170 stopinj. Sladkorje raztopimo v mleku za mazanje, nekaj ore\u0161\u010dkov pa grobo sesekljamo za posipanje.<br \/>\nVzhajan testni venec prema\u017eemo s sladkim mlekom in potresemo s sesekljanimi orehi, nato cca. Pe\u010demo 30-35 minut.<br \/>\nOhladimo fi\u017eol gerbil in postre\u017eemo narezan.<br \/>\nMel\u00e1niji G\u00e1l se zahvaljujemo za
