Zdru\u017eenje mad\u017earske sla\u0161\u010di\u010darske industrije je letos \u017ee peti\u010d razpisalo izbor Bejglije leta za sla\u0161\u010di\u010darne, restavracije in obrtne pekarne. Oglejte si najbolj\u0161e pecivo z makom, orehi in gurmanske pecivo v letu 2024!<\/p>\n

Na tekmovanje se lahko prijavite v kategorijah \u201eTradicionalni ore\u0161\u010dek\u201d, \u201cTradicionalni mak\u201d in \u201cGurmanski\u201d. V kategoriji Gourmet so kreativni strokovnjaki prijavili ve\u010d posebnih kombinacij okusov. Letos so bili hit orehi, fige in rde\u010de vino, priljubljene so bile \u010drne \u010de\u0161nje, borovnice, vi\u0161nje, pistacije in suhe slive, med sestavinami pa so bile kutine, \u0161ipek, bu\u010de, pesa in celo mango.<\/p>\n

Tekmovalna dela je ocenjevala tri\u010dlanska \u017eirija v vsaki kategoriji. V treh kategorijah je bilo degustiranih ve\u010d kot 50 \u017eemljic, ki jih je ocenila \u017eirija priznanih strokovnjakov.<\/p>\n
