Dodamo sol in mleko ter med pogostim me\u0161anjem kuhamo do mehkega, nato dodamo sladkor in limonino lupinico. Ko je pripravljen, ga odstavite in ohladite.<br \/>\nMedtem ko se ri\u017eev puding hladi, pripravite biskvit. Pe\u010dico segrejemo na 170 \u00b0C in peka\u010d velikosti 20 \u00d7 30 cm oblo\u017eimo s papirjem za peko. Jajca razbijemo na pol, presejemo moko in dodamo pecilni pra\u0161ek.<br \/>\nBeljake stepemo s \u0161\u010depcem soli in po malem dodajamo sladkor. Ko dose\u017eemo \u010dvrsto konsistenco, dodamo rumenjake ter v ve\u010d korakih vme\u0161amo pecilni pra\u0161ek in moko ter pazimo, da ne razbijemo pene. Testo vlijte v peka\u010d in ga pecite pribli\u017eno 10 minut, nato ohladite in odstranite papir za peko.<br \/>\nKo se ri\u017eev puding ohladi, nare\u017eite jagode na majhne ko\u0161\u010dke, \u017eelatino v prahu pa namo\u010dite v hladno vodo. Smetano za stepanje stepite do srednje trdih vrhov in za\u010dnite sestavljati torto.<br \/>\n\u017delatino stopite, jo \u0161e toplo vme\u0161ajte v ri\u017eev puding in vme\u0161ajte stepeno smetano. Tretjino kreme nama\u017eemo na biskvit in po vrhu potresemo sesekljane jagode, nato pa po vrhu nama\u017eemo \u0161e preostalo kremo.
