Za to zdrobite maslo z moko, nato dodajte ostale sestavine in zamesite homogeno testo. Zavijemo v plasti\u010dno folijo in pustimo v hladilniku vsaj pol ure.<\/li>\n<li>Medtem ko se testo ohlaja, pripravimo nadev. Pe\u010deno in ohlajeno bu\u010do pretla\u010dimo v pire s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom, dodamo ostale sestavine in zmiksamo do homogenosti. Postavite na stran, dokler ni pripravljen za uporabo.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u010dico segrejte na 200 stopinj. Ohlajeno testo na tanko razvaljamo in polo\u017eimo v nama\u0161\u010den model za pite, tako da testo napolni cel model. Odve\u010dno koli\u010dino odre\u017eite z ostrim no\u017eem in postavite na stran.<\/li>\n<li>Testo najprej spe\u010demo na slepo, in sicer nanj polo\u017eimo peki papir in ga nadevamo s suhim ri\u017eem ali fi\u017eolom, tako da je cca. izpolnite celoten obrazec. Za 8 minut potisnemo v ogreto pe\u010dico, nato peka\u010d odstranimo in ponovno postavimo v pe\u010dico \u0161e za 2-3 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Nato zmanj\u0161ajte temperaturo pe\u010dice na 170 stopinj. Nadev pogladi v predhodno pe\u010deno testo, nato pa cca. Pe\u010demo do pripravljenosti v 40-45 minutah. \u010ce med peko preve\u010d porjavi, zmanj\u0161amo temperaturo. Pita je pripravljena, ko sredica ob stresanju enakomerno vibrira.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u010deno pito pustimo, da se popolnoma ohladi. Spla\u010da se ga pripraviti en dan pred u\u017eivanjem, saj ga bomo tako veliko lep\u0161e narezali.<\/li>\n<li>Kon\u010dano pito nare\u017eemo na rezine in pojemo z rahlo sladkano stepeno smetano.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nasvet:<\/strong> Preostalo testo uporabite za dekoracijo! To naredite tako, da testo na tanko razvaljate in iz njega izre\u017eete vzorce v poljubni obliki.
