Majski de\u017e je zlata vreden, oktobrski de\u017e, le v obliki cmokov!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sestavine (za pribli\u017eno 8 obrokov)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Za testenine<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g fine moke<\/li>\n<li>25 g sve\u017eega kvasa (ali vre\u010dka instant)<\/li>\n<li>350 ml mleka<\/li>\n<li>50 g mehkega masla<\/li>\n<li>150 g sladkorja<\/li>\n<li>1 jajce<\/li>\n<li>\u0161\u010depec soli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Za snemanje<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g mletih orehov<\/li>\n<li>125 g sladkorja<\/li>\n<li>100 g masla ali jedilnega olja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>K sodi<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 liter mleka<\/li>\n<li>6 rumenjakov<\/li>\n<li>1 vre\u010dka vanilijevega sladkorja<\/li>\n<li>100 g sladkorja<\/li>\n<li>pol vre\u010dke (20 g) pra\u0161ka za vanilijev puding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprava<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>V testo dodajte kvas. Za to 150 ml mleka segrejemo do mla\u010dnega, vanj stresemo \u017elico sladkorja, nadrobimo kvas in me\u0161amo cca. Po\u017eenemo ga v 10 minutah. Pomembno je, da delate s kvasom sobne temperature! Medtem ko \u010dakamo, da kvas vzhaja, v ve\u010djo skledo odmerimo ostale sestavine za testo &#8211; razen masla.<\/li>\n<li>Ko je na\u0161 kvas vzhajal ga dodamo k ostalim sestavinam in dodamo cca. Testo zgnetemo v 10-15 minutah. Pri 1\/3 \u010dasa gnetenja dodamo mehko maslo. Ko je testo lepo gladko, ga pokrijemo in pustimo po\u010divati. Pustite vzhajati, dokler se v 45 minutah ne podvoji.<\/li>\n<li>Medtem ko testo vzhaja, pripravimo vanilijevo omako. V ta namen segrejte 800 ml mleka v ponvi. Pra\u0161ek za puding in sladkor odmerimo v ve\u010djo posodo za me\u0161anje, dodamo rumenjake in zme\u0161amo s preostalimi 200 ml mleka do gladkega. Ko je mleko \u017ee toplo, vendar \u0161e ne vre, ga dodamo jaj\u010dni zmesi.<\/li>\n<li>Soda osnovo vlijemo nazaj v ponev in na majhnem ognju zgostimo ob stalnem me\u0161anju. Sode ne prekuhajte, saj jo zlahka pripravite v ume\u0161ana jajca! Lahko ga pripravimo z ve\u010d ali manj sladkorja po okusu.<\/li>\n<li>Ko je testo vzhajano, segrejte pe\u010dico na 175 stopinj. Za vrtenje mlete orehe zme\u0161amo s sladkorjem in stopimo maslo. Testo prelo\u017eimo na pomokano desko in z rokami cca. splo\u0161\u010dite na debelino enega in pol prsta. Za izdelavo ve\u010djih cmokov uporabite poljubno velik model\u010dek za pi\u0161kote.<\/li>\n<li>Ko\u0161\u010dke enega za drugim povaljamo v stopljenem maslu, nato v posladkanih orehih in zlo\u017eimo v peka\u010d oblo\u017een s peki papirjem. Ko so vsi kosi pripravljeni, pokrijemo in pustimo vzhajati 30 minut, nato pa v ogreto pe\u010dico za cca. Pe\u010demo do zlato rjave barve v 30 minutah.<\/li>\n<li>Mla\u010dne orehove polpete prelo\u017eimo na kro\u017enik in jih obilno pokapljamo z vaniljevim
