Tedenski recepti vedno temeljijo na sezonski sestavini ali miselnosti &#8220;kaj imamo doma&#8221;, lahko pa celo temeljijo na dolgotrajnem kulinari\u010dnem vpra\u0161anju. Ta teden nam predstavlja eno najzanimivej\u0161ih italijanskih jedi iz testenin, to je priprava testenin cannelloni.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jedi iz testenin, ki jih pripravljam, niso preve\u010d zapletene, vendar se vsekakor trudim zanj uporabljati \u010dim bolj kakovostne sestavine. Ni treba preve\u010d komplicirati, samo u\u017eivajte v teh sestavinah in hrani, iz katere so narejene!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-394129\" src=\"https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/1-2-768x493-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"493\" srcset=\"https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/1-2-768x493-1.jpg 768w, https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/1-2-768x493-1-300x193.jpg 300w, https:\/\/funzine.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/1-2-768x493-1-100x65.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Za nadev z jaj\u010devci:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 jaj\u010devca<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0161opek peter\u0161ilja<\/li>\n<li>500 g ricotte<\/li>\n<li>mu\u0161katni ore\u0161\u010dek<\/li>\n<li>sol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Za paradi\u017enikovo omako:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>500 ml paradi\u017enikove mezge\/passata<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010debula<\/li>\n<li>3-4 stroka \u010desna<\/li>\n<li>bazilika<\/li>\n<li>sol, poper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Za pripravo:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g canelloni testenin<\/li>\n<li>mozzarella in parmezan za na vrh<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Priprava canelloni testenin<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Jaj\u010devca temeljito operite in nare\u017eite na 5\u00d75 mm velike kocke. V veliki ponvi segrejte olivno olje in v dveh serijah prepra\u017eite zelenjavo. \u010ce bi v ponev dali vse naenkrat, bi se zelenjava odcedila, zvodenela in se za\u010dele kuhati na pari, ne pa cvreti. Sesekljajte peter\u0161ilj in ga v skledi zme\u0161ajte z ricotto in jaj\u010devci ter za\u010dinite. Nadev je tako kon\u010dan!<\/p>\n<p>\u010cebulo in \u010desen drobno sesekljajte in du\u0161ite na malo olja. Zalijte s paradi\u017enikovo mezgo. Moja mama ob koncu vsakega poletja o\u010disti najbolj zrele paradi\u017enike, jih toplotno obdela in jih spravi v kozarce, tako da slastno jemo jedi iz teh skozi vse leto! \u010ce ne morete dobiti podobno kakovostnega soka, lahko okus prilagodite tako, da med kuhanjem dodate malo sladkorja. Pred serviranjem malo po\u010dakajte, da jed ne razpade, ko je prevro\u010da in mehka.
