After a week full of work, errands and responsibilities of all kinds everyone deserves to spend a few hours of their weekend in tranquil environment having delicious brunch at noon. The perfect place to do so is the urban garden of Mazel Tov located in the heart of the Jewish district.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mazel Tov opened in 2014 as the first ruin restaurant of the Hungarian capital bringing the authentic Mediterranean atmosphere<\/strong> into the country. From a charming restaurant offering mainly Middle-Eastern dishes it turned into an urban meeting point welcoming both couples intending to spend a candle-lit dinner and bigger groups of friends and family celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, etc. In addition, you can visit Mazel Tov in the morning hours to try some of the mouth-watering Israeli breakfast classics from their exclusive brunch menu<\/strong>, which was introduced this May. Upon hearing the news, we couldn\u2019t resist the temptation: we had to stop by at 47 Ak\u00e1cfa Street to see if their new brunch menu is as sterling as the \u00e1 la carte.<\/p>\n

Although there are only ten different dishes on Mazel Tov\u2019s brunch menu, it is still hard to choose as they all sound perfect \u2013 and look marvellous as we glanced at the trays fully packed with food all the time a waiter was passing by. Luckily, our waiter was kind enough to help us pick the most delicious ones: eventually, we decided to order a Tel Aviv Salmon Bagel<\/strong> consisting of smoked Norvegian salmon, Israeli cream cheese with za\u2019atar and fresh mixed leaf salad, an Eggs Florentine<\/strong> which is poached egg served on American pancake with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes hollandaise sauce and Merquez sausage. The royal breakfast of ours was accompanied by two of the cold pressed smoothies<\/strong>, Berries (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry) and All Greens (spinach, cucumber, parsley, lime). If all of these hadn\u2019t been enough, we finished our brunch with the brilliantly-looking Banana French Toast with red berries.<\/p>\n
