{"id":280299,"date":"2017-02-28T14:22:15","date_gmt":"2017-02-28T13:22:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/funzine.hu\/?p=280299\/"},"modified":"2017-02-28T14:24:16","modified_gmt":"2017-02-28T13:24:16","slug":"sweet-moments-international-pancake-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/funzine.hu\/en\/2017\/02\/28\/gastro\/sweet-moments-international-pancake-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Sweet Moments: International Pancake Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"dropcap\"><strong>Yes, it started like any other Tuesday, but it all changed when we realized this: 28 February is one of the sweetest dates of the year, let&#8217;s celebrate the International Pancake Day!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"dropcap\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">If you don&#8217;t know what you&#8217;d like to have for dinner tonight, try this amazing strawberry coconut cream pancake!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ingredients to serve four people:<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">The pancake<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first\">125 g flour<\/li>\n<li>3.5 dl milk<\/li>\n<li>2 db eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch\u00a0of salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"last\">3 tablespoon sunflower-seed oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>The coconut cream<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first\">5 dl milk<\/li>\n<li>3 ev\u0151kan\u00e1l flour<\/li>\n<li>15 dkg coconut<\/li>\n<li>4 ek sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 csomag\u00a0vanilla sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"last\">20 dkg strawberry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Make the pancakes the usual way. For the cream: boil the milk, take it off the heat and add the sugar and the vanilla sugar. Add the flour and the coconut by continuously stirring the mixture. Don&#8217;t let is become lumpy, when it&#8217;s smooth enough, it&#8217;s time to add the coconut. Clear the strawberry, cut it into small pieces. The last step is plying: one layer of pancakes, one layer of the cream and the strawberries, then repeat until all of the yummy ingredients are gone!
