The Best Events In Town This Weekend

It seems like we were wrong to assume that this spring season would only bring warmth and sunshine. Although the weather might be a bit rainy this weekend, it cannot stop us from having fun and exploring Budapest. Max Pinckers and Stuart Franklin at the Capa Center at 6 p.m.

Max Pinckers will talk about various bodies of work that he has produced over the years, with an emphasis on different documentary modes, visual strategies and the boundaries and definitions of documentary photography today.

Korean Cultural Days at Bálna Budapest

What defines the everyday life of Koreans? What are the characteristics of the Korean frame of mind? What are the most typical Korean dishes, and what do friends do to pass the time? Among other things, we can find answers to these questions at the events of Korea Day. The Korean Cultural Centre brings the representatives of Korean gastronomy, music, dance, sports, visual arts and artisanship to show and celebrate their heritage.
