The first edition of The Job and Education Fair, in partnership with the Budapest Business School, will constitute a unique model of recruitment and career event in Hungary.

Over 30 participating exhibitors and 20,000 visitors are expected at the Auchan Dunakeszi shopping centre. The plan is to present a recruitment event with hundreds of exhibitors in 11 shopping centers throughout Hungary in the future.

Organizations of all types and from all sectors will exhibit – great news if you’re looking for a new job or formation, ready for a career change, want to learn about future job trends or job search techniques. Direct access to career, training and education opportunities will be available, and it’ll be an opportunity to meet face-to-face with employers, as well as career and training specialists – and you don’t need us to tell you that it’s usually best to meet and speak directly with human resources about their current and future recruitment needs.
The objective of the fair is to create an environment that motivates and develops the job market, utilizing a multi-sector approach. Participating organizations will be brought together from various sectors to offer hundreds of opportunities to candidates.

Nothing can replace face-to-face contact between a candidate and recruiter during the selection process or between a job seeker and an employment-services specialist. Direct communication is invariably the most effective method, and at the fair employers will be able to meet candidates personally to learn about their career profile and how they may fit with their current and future recruitment needs.

There are several reasons to exhibit at the Job and Education Fair. Exhibitors invited to participate are from Budapest, other Hungarian provinces and outside of Hungary, so employers will be able to benefit from the full force of ‘power recruitment’ in a variety of ways. These include showcasing their organization in a cost-effective way, having access to an abundant source of highly-motivated and skilled candidates, meeting candidates face-to-face, conducting recruitment and fulfilling needs at a minimal expense, building a bank of valid candidates, publicizing recruitment needs, stimulating human resources teams, taking advantage of the organizers’ event marketing strategy and improving and promoting corporate images and branding.
